MIDDLE SCHOOL FELLOWSHIP  
   

Monthly fellowship activities are scheduled for middle school youth allowing them to enjoy a special activity and spending time together.

 

                            

6th-8th Grade 2011 Events

Sept.30-Oct.2      Urban Immersion Retreat
Youth will grapple with survival choices homeless and working-poor families must make, and then serve in Twin Cities homeless shelters, battered women’s centers, food shelves and affordable housing projects to help those who need it.

 

November 20  Thanksgiving Basket Scavenger Hunt
Youth will visit church members and neighbors in the Roseville area requesting food items for our Keystone Food Shelf.  Of course, a bit of competition will be added!

 

January   17      Feed My Starving Children
Youth will be going to “Feed my Starving Children” in Coon Rapids where they will be packaging food to feed the hungry around the world.

 

February  19     Backwards Progressive Lunch
Youth will be going from home to home enjoying a meal starting with dessert and works its way back to the appetizers! 

April       15      Survivor – More than Survivor
Youth will be divided into Survivor Tribes to complete various St. Michael Challenges…minus cock roach eating!
